Policies

Returns/Exchanges: Due to the custom hand-made nature of the products, We do not accept returns or exchanges based on customization, but please reach out with any other issues.

Lost Packages: All packages are insured in the event your package is lost in the mail. You will need to wait a certain amount of business days for the claim to go through before you can be refunded. 

Cancellations: We can cancel your order within 48 hours of your order being made although if the product has already been made/shipped, it is not guaranteed. Please reach out immediately to lizlaluneart.business@gmail.com with your order number and name for cancellations.

Changes: Changes made to custom orders can only be made within 24 hours of your order being made. Please reach out asap with any changes to lizlaluneart.business@gmail.com

Reminder: If you made an order through my etsy page, you will need to contact me via etsy message rather than the email.
